Rajdhani Yuva Sansad was founded in 2017 by two young law students with a clear purpose to serve the nation through structured dialogue rooted in parliamentary values, constitutional learning and international diplomacy. What began at the grassroots level, with both founders contributing as Panelists and Jury Members across multiple forums, has evolved into a platform impacting hundreds of thousands of young minds across India. Their journey spans institutional engagement across the states of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana, where they have consistently facilitated informed, policy-driven discourse.
Adv. Isha Kapoor is also a legal content creator with close to 2 Million YouTube impressions (VLAWGISH) and over 10 Million Instagram views (@theishakapooor). She specialises in Cyber, Civil, Constitutional, and Family law practices.
Adv. Jai Saini is a practicing advocate known for his parliamentary acumen, having been awarded the 'Best Parliamentarian' at the Mock Parliament 2018, held at the Parliament of India.
Both founders lead dynamic legal practices with a strong presence across India. Their work spans Civil Law, Constitutional Law, and Family Law, reflecting both depth and versatility in litigation and advisory.
Collectively, they bring recognized expertise in Cyber Law, positioning themselves at the forefront of evolving digital legal challenges. As cyber law experts, they are committed to addressing complex issues in the digital space while actively contributing to meaningful legal discourse and public engagement.
Their combined experience, nationwide practice, and specialized knowledge in cyber law underscore a forward-thinking approach to modern legal practice.
