About the Conference

The 6th edition of Sajag Yuva Manch was successfully conducted on 22nd and 23rd August at Silver Line Prestige School, Ghaziabad, in association with Rajdhani Yuva Sansad. The two-day conference witnessed the participation of over 700 students across 10 diverse committees, making it a significant platform for youth engagement.
Participants engaged in rigorous and insightful deliberations on a wide range of contemporary issues, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, diplomacy, and leadership. The event fostered meaningful dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and innovation, while contributing to the holistic development and civic awareness of the participants.

Opening Ceremony
The 6th edition of Sajag Yuva Manch commenced with grandeur on 22nd August at Silver Line Prestige School, Ghaziabad. The opening ceremony set the tone for what would become a vibrant two-day experience for students from across the region.
The event began with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by Dr. Subash Jain, Hon'ble Chairman of Silverline Prestige School, accompanied by the Co-Founders of Rajdhani Yuva Sansad, Adv. Isha Kapoor and Adv. Jai Saini. Their collective presence added immense gravitas to the ceremony.
Dr. Jain delivered an insightful address, emphasizing the importance of youth engagement, critical thinking, and collaborative learning, while Adv. Kapoor and Adv. Saini shared motivating words that encouraged students to actively participate, express their perspectives, and embrace the spirit of dialogue.
With over 700 students in attendance, the ceremony was a spectacle of energy and excitement — symbolizing the coming together of young minds determined to explore, debate, and learn.
A Wide Range of Forums
The Lok Sabha Committee at Sajag Yuva Manch took on the "One Nation, One Election Bill 2025", providing students with a unique opportunity to step into the shoes of real-life parliamentarians. Participants delved deep into the bill, analyzing its implications and debating its merits and challenges with remarkable detail and maturity.
The committee sessions encouraged students to think critically, articulate arguments persuasively, and negotiate solutions, mirroring India's legislative process. A key highlight came on Day 2 with a special Question Hour, where parliamentarians posed hard-hitting questions to one another, sparking a rapid exchange of ideas.
The UNGA Committee provided students the opportunity to represent various countries and perspectives. Participants engaged deeply with cybersecurity governance, debating policies and proposing collaborative solutions. Delegates demonstrated remarkable understanding of international relations and the complexities of protecting women from cyber offences.
On Day 2, the session was jolted by a cyber-attack crisis — screens flickered, an unknown voice declared "It's hijacked", and systems went dark. Delegates were shifted to a no-electronics zone as servers were cautiously restored, pushing the committee to negotiate responses and manage an unfolding geopolitical crisis in real time.
The Sports Authority of India Committee offered students the unique opportunity to assume the roles of athletes alongside policymakers. Participants delved into formulating policies to regulate online betting and prevent illegal activities in sports, analyzing potential risks and debating measures to ensure fairness and integrity.
The sessions encouraged students to think critically, articulate arguments persuasively, and negotiate practical solutions — reflecting the decision-making processes within India's sports administration.
The Historic Stakeholders' Meet offered students a unique opportunity to step into the roles of political leaders from the 1975 Emergency era. Participants revisited the events, policies, and decisions that shaped this critical period in India's history, debating their merits and consequences with remarkable intensity.
On Day 2, the sudden simulation of Emergency imposition dramatically altered proceedings — several ruling members were arrested and subjected to interrogation. A special jail setup was curated, allowing participants to engage fully with the scenario and understand the pressures faced by leaders during that period.
The All India Political Party Meet (AIPPM) provided students a unique opportunity to step into the roles of representatives from different political parties, bringing diverse perspectives to the table. Participants engaged deeply with the regulation of social media influencers, balancing these regulations against freedom of speech and expression.
The sessions encouraged critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and consensus negotiation — reflecting the debates and policy-making processes within India's political landscape.
The WHO Committee provided students the opportunity to step into the roles of global health leaders and delegates representing various countries. Participants engaged in analyzing lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic and discussing strategies for strengthening global preparedness and response mechanisms for future health emergencies.
On Day 2, an engaging activity taught students how a country becomes a UN member — a fictional country, Baltopia, was introduced and its application submitted for consideration, providing hands-on understanding of diplomatic procedures and decision-making.
The Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Committee provided students the opportunity to step into the roles of state legislators representing various constituencies. Participants engaged deeply with the roadmap for Digital Uttar Pradesh, focusing on fostering e-governance initiatives and enhancing e-literacy in the 21st century.
The sessions encouraged students to think critically, articulate arguments persuasively, and negotiate practical solutions — mirroring the deliberations and policy-making processes of a state legislative assembly.
The Lok Sabha Junior Committee provided students the opportunity to engage with one of the most critical social issues of our time. Participants delved deeply into strategies to ensure free and affordable healthcare for all, analyzing policy options and debating the challenges of implementation with the responsibilities of real-life legislators.
On Day 2, elections were held to simulate the democratic process in parliament — using mock Electronic Voting Machines. The activity offered a hands-on experience of parliamentary elections, encouraging students to evaluate proposals thoughtfully and participate in democratic decision-making.
The IP Committee served as the lens through which the entire event was documented. Students took on the roles of journalists, photojournalists, caricaturists, memers, and vloggers representing different media houses — capturing the energy and highlights of the two-day program. Participants meticulously recorded discussions, debates, and key moments, creating a comprehensive narrative through articles, visuals, and digital content.
The committee provided hands-on experience in media, communication, and documentation, allowing students to understand the critical role of the press in shaping narratives and preserving the essence of public events.
Closing Ceremony
The closing ceremony of the 6th edition of Sajag Yuva Manch was graced by distinguished dignitaries, adding depth and inspiration to the occasion. Among the esteemed guests were Shri Shiv Vats, renowned academician and content creator known for his innovative teaching methods, and Mr. Bhim Jain, popular tech creator — both of whom motivated students through their insights on creativity, learning, and innovation.
The ceremony also featured a special address by Mr. Naman Jain, Vice Chairman of Silver Line Prestige School, who emphasized the importance of leadership and critical thinking in shaping future changemakers.
The event celebrated excellence through the distribution of awards, recognising outstanding performances, teamwork, creativity, and dedication across committees — marking a fitting conclusion to the conference and inspiring all to carry forward the spirit of leadership, inquiry, and active engagement.
