The Spirit of RYS

Rajdhani Yuva Sansad was founded in 2017 by two young law students with a clear purpose to serve the nation through structured dialogue rooted in parliamentary values, constitutional learning and international diplomacy. What began at the grassroots level, with both founders contributing as Panelists and Jury Members across multiple forums, has evolved into a platform impacting hundreds of thousands of young minds across India.

Their journey spans institutional engagement across the states of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana, where they have consistently facilitated informed, policy-driven discourse.

2017

Founding year of Rajdhani Yuva Sansad — it came into being as the vision of Adv. Isha Kapoor and Adv. Jai Saini was brought to life, rooted in the belief that 'संवाद ही हल है।'

Driven by an unwavering zeal to educate, empower, and engage the youth, it has grown into a platform where dialogue shapes perspective, voices find meaning, and young leaders are inspired to create impact through informed discourse.

2018

At St. Xavier's School, Civil Lines, Delhi, over 250 students came together for a vibrant and intellectually charged exchange of ideas on pressing national and global issues, fostering dialogue, awareness, and critical thinking.

At Salwan Public School, Gurugram, a mock parliamentary session was conducted, offering students a hands-on experience of governance, where they actively engaged in debates, expressed their perspectives, and developed confidence, leadership, and a deeper understanding of democratic processes.

2019

At Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad, around 250 students came together for Sajag Yuva Manch 1.0, engaging in dynamic and thought-provoking debates on diverse national and international issues, fostering a spirit of dialogue, analysis, and informed discourse.

A distinctive highlight saw participants deeply exploring the complexities surrounding the partition of India, enriching their historical perspective. The introduction of the 'Memer' portfolio in the International Press added a creative and contemporary dimension, making discussions more engaging, expressive, and impactful.

Sajag Yuva Manch 2.0 brought together around 250 students in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment, where participants engaged in thoughtful discussions, carrying forward a strong tradition of dialogue, collaboration, and critical thinking.

At Bal Bharti Public School, Noida, a mock parliamentary session offered students an immersive experience of the legislative process, enabling them to debate relevant issues, propose ideas, and navigate procedures while enhancing their confidence, teamwork, and public speaking — making it a truly enriching and inspiring experience.

2022

Keeping the spirit of dialogue and intellectual engagement alive, the first Lawyers' Parliament Festival marked a monumental milestone, bringing together around 350 lawyers and law students for a deeply enriching discussion on the Uniform Civil Code, in the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Judges of the Delhi High Court and Members of Parliament.

This was followed by Sajag Yuva Manch 3.0, which witnessed an impressive gathering of around 350 students, creating a vibrant and intellectually charged space for discussions on key national and global issues, while nurturing diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking among young minds.

Carrying forward an ever-growing legacy of impactful discourse, Sajag Yuva Manch 4.0 witnessed an extraordinary participation of around 500 students, marking a significant expansion in both scale and ambition. A remarkable highlight was the introduction of a fictional committee centered around superheroes, blending imagination with intellect.

Extending this vision further, at H.P. Children's Academy, Gorakhpur, intensive training sessions on parliamentary proceedings and international diplomacy equipped students with a deeper understanding of governance, fostering confidence, awareness, and a strong foundation for future leadership.

2024

The Delhi Yuva Samvad at the iconic Delhi Vidhan Sabha brought together 75 exceptional young leaders from across India, guided by esteemed policymakers including the Hon'ble Speaker Shri Ram Niwas Goel Ji. The Second National Lawyers' Parliament Festival at the India International Centre saw around 500 lawyers and law students discuss the New Criminal Laws, 2023, in the presence of Hon'ble Union Law Minister Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal.

Sajag Yuva Manch 5.0 witnessed over 700 students. The year further unfolded with Bal Sansad 1.0, Yuva Sajhedari 1.0, Ideas in Action Summit 1.0, and Global Panchayat 1.0 — making 2024 a defining year of scale, influence, and transformative youth engagement.

The first-ever Haryana Yuva Samvad at the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Chandigarh, set a powerful tone for youth-led dialogue. Gorakhpur Yuva Samvad emerged as a landmark gathering with over 900 participants across 19 committees, making it one of the largest youth parliamentary confluences.

Sajag Yuva Manch 6.0 further elevated this journey with 600+ delegates, graced by inspiring personalities like Mr. Shiv Vats and Mr. Bhim Jain, while Bal Sansad and Yuva Sajhedari 2.0 nurtured young minds. Global Panchayat 2.0 fostered dialogue on governance in the presence of Shri Ram Niwas Goel Ji — making 2025 a remarkable year of expansion, impact, and empowered youth voices.

2026

Building on a strong and evolving legacy, the second edition of Haryana Yuva Samvad was held on 16–17 January 2026 at the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, bringing together 70 young participants for rigorous legislative engagement. Graced by Hon'ble Speaker Shri Harvinder Kalyan Ji, the conference reflected remarkable depth, discipline, and institutional seriousness.

Continuing this momentum, the year is all set to witness Sajag Yuva Manch 7.0, Global Panchayat 3.0, Bal Sansad 3.0 and Yuva Sajhedari 3.0 — further strengthening the vision of impactful dialogue and empowered youth leadership.
